Main responsibilities :

• Contract creation and document / certificate management
• Employee File Management
• Payroll and Time & Attendance
• Reporting, Analytics + Audit Management
• Master of systems and tools incl. user training
• Data management incl. HRIS Systems / tools
• Insurance, Pension Management and authority correspondence
• Maintenance Self-Service Knowledge Management Basis (ie. Intranet)
• Support or lead local / DACH digitalization and automation initiatives
• Participation in HR DACH / EMEA / Global Projects and Initiatives
