Are you ready to take your career to the next level and play a key role in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SAP S4HANA Module Owner (all gender) Logistics to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Germany . This permanent full-time position offers you the opportunity to apply and develop your skills in a challenging and demanding business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and steer the work stream in the S4HANA Program through all SAP Activate phases.
Module ownership, particularly for SAP TM / WM : business process definition, -documentation, planning, testing and rollout support.
Prepare sprint planning and align review dates with the module team.
Monitor the progress of the sprints and maintain backlogs in JIRA.
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding the S4HANA program and multiple internal departments and external vendors.
Conduct continuous gap analysis to identify the need for system adjustments and / or user training.
Organize and coordinate user support in sales, logistics, and production. Ticket support. Management of roles and access rights.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Academic degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Information Technology, Business Administration / Economics with an IT focus, or equivalent.

Several years of professional experience in SAP process / project management, particularly with TM / WM modules.

Proven goal-oriented and structured project management skills in complex, international, challenging and demanding business environment.

Entrepreneurial spirit : ability to move projects from the conceptual to the implementation phase.

Skills to create, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes.

Ability to positively cope with change and lead the transformational process.

Effective and transparent communication in English (written & spoken), with strong intercultural and interpersonal skills, additional language skills (especially German) are an asset.
