We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our European Back Office Sales Operations Support team . This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, tender management, and data analysis while working closely with various departments. Typical Tasks and Responsibilities of the European Back Office Sales Operations Support team include, but are not limited to :

• Tender Management : Researching, evaluating, and preparing tender documents in alignment with Agilent’s sales strategy.
• Documentation Management : Preparing and handling administrative, technical, and economic documentation for tenders.
• Collaboration : Working with Sales Account Managers and other partners to develop tender response strategies and create bid packages.
• Data and CRM Management : Leading data and CRM updates, creating analyses using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Forecasting and Vendor Evaluation : Enabling more accurate forecasting capabilities and evaluating third-party services and solutions.
• Data Communication : Extracting and elaborating data related to service parameters and communicating findings to different partners.
• Administrative and Project Support : Participating in various administrative and project management tasks.

This is a full-time internship / placement position , targeting a duration of 12 months (requirement for UK-based internship position).

This position can be based at our Cheadle (Manchester area, UK) or Waldbronn (Karlsruhe area, Germany) office.

Additional Details
