We’re looking for a tech-savvy Operations Manager with a background in backend development who’s ready to step into a strategic, operations-focused role. You’ll be responsible for optimizing and automating internal processes—especially around invoicing, reporting, and systems integration. This role is ideal for you if you want to pivot from a developer / heavily tech focused role into Operations, bringing a builder mindset and a passion for process improvement.

YOUR TALENT

You have 3+ years of experience in a role with backend development responsibilities or proven experience in automating and optimizing processes. You’re now looking to transition into a more Operations-focused role and move beyond purely development-focused work

You’re proficient in Python and SQL

Experience connecting and working with APIs and databases is a must

You have a data-driven mindset and pay close attention to detail

You’re passionate about optimizing and automating processes

You’re a self-starter with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

Ability to work independently and be output / results-driven

Nice to have :

Experience with HubSpot

Experience using Jira

Familiarity with invoicing systems or finance operations

Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments

HAVE AN IMPACT

Playing a key role in our operations team, focused on optimizing and automating internal processes

Execute and continuously improve our existing invoicing automation process

Build integrations between systems using APIs and databases

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tech, finance, business ops)

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics

Take ownership of operational efficiency projects from start to finish
