Your mission
- Create, review and process freight documents such as waybills, invoices, delivery notes and customs documents
- Book cargo space with shipping companies and freight forwarders
- Organise pickup and delivery of freight to and from ports
- Monitor delivery times and coordinate shipping and arrival schedules
- Track and monitor sea freight shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition
- Resolve transportation issues and delays
- Monitor transport costs and ensure compliance with budgets
- Identify opportunities to optimise costs
- Ensure that all import and export processes meet regulatory requirements
