Als Operations Quality Senior Quality Partner sind Sie dafr verantwortlich sicherzustellen dass Ihre Beitrge auf eine Weise erbracht werden die unseren Verpflichtungen gegenber einander und den Diagnostic Commitments gerecht wird. Sie sind dafr verantwortlich Ihre Fhigkeiten aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln um dem Team den Kunden und den Patienten mehr beizutragen. Sie wenden neue Anstze zur Verbesserung Ihrer Arbeit an um die Produktivitt zu steigern Kosten zu senken oder erheblichen ComplianceProblemen in Ihrem Einflussbereich entgegenzuwirken. Sie arbeiten als strategischer Geschftspartner um Barrieren zwischen Organisationen (intern und extern) abzubauen was zur Entwicklung und Produktion sicherer qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte und Dienstleistungen fhrt die den Kundenanforderungen whrend des gesamten Lebenszyklus entsprechen. Sie berschreiten Grenzen um intelligente risikobasierte ComplianceProzesse zu ermglichen und umzusetzen die zu schneller und effizienter Innovation fhren.

Was Sie erwartet

Sie treiben Geschftsergebnisse und Kundennutzen voran indem Sie die erforderlichen Aktivitten zur Erreichung der Q&RZiele und Vorgaben unabhngig durchfhren. Sie sind in der Lage Verbesserungen zu identifizieren und durch Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Manager umzusetzen.

Sie agieren als Coach fr Kollegen mit weniger Erfahrung und helfen ihnen Fhigkeiten / Fachkenntnisse zu entwickeln.

Sie verfassen und berprfen Dokumentationen wie erforderlich um nderungen zu untersttzen und fhren technische berprfungen durch soweit anwendbar. Dies kann eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten bei technisch komplexen berprfungen erfordern.

Sie bereiten Dokumentationen vor und nehmen gegebenenfalls an Audits teil. Sie sind in der Lage auftretende Probleme zu beheben Lsungen zu entwickeln und eigenstndig umzusetzen um sicherzustellen dass die tgliche Arbeit ohne Beeintrchtigung der Compliance erledigt wird. Sie kommunizieren bedeutende Qualitts oder Regulierungsprobleme und Risiken die die Produktqualitt oder die Regulierungscompliance beeintrchtigen knnten zeitnah an das obere Management.

Sie frdern die Arbeit der Netzwerke treffen Abwgungen und brechen Silos auf. Sie initiieren Aktivitten eigenstndig und interagieren abteilungsbergreifend soweit anwendbar.

Sie strken und befhigen die Netzwerke indem Sie starke Partnerschaften mit Kollegen und Geschftspartnern pflegen um eine Abstimmung rund um strategische Projekte und tgliche Aktivitten sicherzustellen. Sie bauen eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung auf.

Wer Sie sind

Sie haben einen Bachelor oder Masterabschluss in Lebenswissenschaften Datenwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder gleichwertige Erfahrung. Sie haben mglicherweise eine Ausbildung als Techniker oder Laborant abgeschlossen oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation fr die Aufgaben.

Sie haben 35 Jahre Erfahrung und werden als Experte auf Ihrem Fachgebiet anerkannt.

Sie haben in mehr als einer Funktion im Qualittsmanagement gearbeitet und mglicherweise auch auerhalb des Qualittsmanagements gearbeitet. Sie knnen hochkomplexe und / oder globale Projekte managen oder verfgen ber gleichwertige Erfahrung.

Sie haben einen Vertrag am Standort Mannheim.

As an Operations Quality Senior Quality Partner you are accountable for ensuring your contributions are delivered in a way that lives up to our commitments to each other and the Diagnostic Commitments. You are responsible for building and developing your capabilities to contribute more to the team customers and patients. You apply new approaches to improving your work to increase productivity reduce costs or mitigate significant compliance issues within your area of influence. You work as a strategic business partner to help break down silos between organizations (internal and external) all which lead to developing and producing safe quality products and services that meet customer requirements throughout the entire lifecycle. You push the boundaries to enable and implement smart riskbased compliant processes that result in quick and efficient innovation.

Your Opportunity

You drive business results and customer value by performing activities as required to meet Q&R goals and objectives independently. You are able to identify improvements and implement through collaboration with your manager.

You act as a coach for colleagues with less experience and help the develop skills / expertise.

You document authoring and review as required to support changes and perform technical reviews as applicable. This may require collaboration with supervisor on technically complex technical reviews.

You prepare documentation for and participate in audits as applicable. You are able to troubleshoot issues as they arise develop and independently implement solutions to ensure that daily work is completed without jeopardizing compliance. You communicate significant quality or regulatory issues and risks that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance in a timely manner to Executive Management.

You advance the work of the Networks making tradeoffs and breaking silos . You initiate activities independently and initiate interactions across departments as applicable.

Empower and enable the Networks by maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues and business partners to assure alignment around strategic projects and daytoday activities. You build a culture of continuous improvement.

You enable the organizations New Ways of Working and act as rolemodel for Agile Leadership behaviors as well as for our culture mindset & behaviors as defined in Diagnostics Operating Principles.

Who You Are

You have a Bachelors or Master degree in Life Science Data Science or related subject or equivalent experience. You may have completed training as a technician or laboratory technician; or equivalent qualification for the tasks.

You have 3 5 years of experience and are recognized as an expert in your own job discipline.

You have worked in more than one function within quality management and may have worked outside of quality management. You can manage highly complex and / or global projects or equivalent experience.

Locations

You are based in Mannheim.
