We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Polish-speaking SCM Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless operation of our supply chain and logistics processes. WORK LOCATION
The primary work location is our warehouse and production unit in Bascharage, Luxembourg. Some tasks will require your presence at our headquarters in Rodange, Luxembourg. Remote work is possible after the trial period.
You should be willing to travel occasionally to other countries for supplier audits or workshops at our parent company’s headquarters in Vienna.
TASK DESCRIPTION
As a German and Polish speaking SCM & Production Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include :
- Supporting the SCM team (warehouse, purchasing, production) in complex or escalated cases, including :
- Quality issues with deliveries or external production ( experience in quality management (QM) is preferred ).
- Inventory discrepancies or stock deviations in the ERP system.
- SAP / ERP support for the team in complex processes, troubleshooting, and system-related questions.
- Assisting with material and production forecasting to ensure efficient supply chain planning.
- Supporting communication between SCM and other departments , such as Project Management and Sales , to ensure smooth coordination of material availability and production planning.
- Assisting the purchasing team in supplier claims, escalations, and negotiations when specific expertise is required.
- Supporting process optimization in production, procurement, and supply chain management to increase efficiency and transparency.
- Assisting with supplier audits, forecast planning, and strategic material procurement for complex decision-making.
- Training and knowledge transfer within the team for ERP processes and quality management topics.
- Supporting the Head of SCM in strategic and operational supply chain tasks.
