We are looking for

Head of Supply Chain Planning (m / f / d)

at one of our locations in Europe - in Germany (Rülzheim or Rheindahlen) Czech Republic (Krupka) or France (Masevaux-Niederbruck)

Your tasks :

The Head of Supply Chain Planning at One Mobility Group will be responsible for the sites that belong to the Autokabel SubBU supporting the business success by leading and coordinating all Supply Chain Planning activities across the organization. This includes Owning and facilitating a disciplined SIOP process Global Footprint Management Global Capacity Management Packaging and Freight Management

Lead the Supply Chain Planning organization across all domains including SIOP Process Footprint Capacity Freight and Packaging Management.

Develop and implement group-wide global E2E planning policies standards and tools.

Leading the monthly SIOP cycle and ensuring alignment between demand and supply plans within the organization (overseeing the demand planning supply planning and inventory management aspects of the process)

Identifying opportunities to refine the SIOP process implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Oversee Inventory Management over all facilities of One Mobility Autokabel.

Review the Global Footprint on a regular base and develop cost optimized solutions considering current volume and future programs

Oversee Global Capacity Management which process is available where and to be used cost effective in the whole production chain

Focuses on the efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods encompassing route optimization carrier selection and adherence to regulations

See Packagings role beyond mere containment to include product protection efficient handling and cost reduction

Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Job requirements

Education : Masters Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Project Management or equivalent Education / Background

Knowledge and Skills :

Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management Leadership and in the automotive industry .

Outstanding communication skills

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams

Proven leadership experience

Experience in a multi-BU or holding-based organization is a plus

Readiness for 20% of travelling
