As a Supply Chain Specialist , you will ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods across our supply chain network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including buying teams and warehouse operations, to guarantee the timely delivery of products to our customers. Furthermore, you will work with suppliers based in Asia and Europe to meet demand requirements and ensure product availability. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• manage the end-to-end supply chain, including supplier onboarding, order analysis and placement, shipment management and tracking, and ensuring product availability
• collaborate and cultivate strong, positive relationships with suppliers based in Asia and Europe, acting as the primary point of contact, fostering open communication and trust
• analyse category demand and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• coordinate deliveries, resolve shipping issues, and work closely with freight companies to ensure smooth logistics operations
• collaborate with internal departments, including warehouse operations and buying teams, to manage order fulfillment efficiently
• lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and aligning operations with business objectives
• monitor and evaluate supplier performance using key metrics (e.g., product availability, on-time delivery) and develop improvement plans
• ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations throughout the supply chain
• drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, innovative solutions, and operational optimizations
