For our office in Luxembourg, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised Corporate Officer who plays a key role in corporate governance, managing compliance tasks and maintaining regulatory adherence across a portfolio of companies.
You co-ensure the smooth functioning of the corporate department by managing day-to-day responsibilities, maintaining compliance with local regulations and facilitating communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include :
- Providing ongoing corporate secretarial services;
- Supporting processes such as company incorporation, liquidation and management changes;
- Ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements such as filings at RCS / RBE;
- Preparing corporate documentation, creating administrative records and keeping these up-to-date, as well as assisting with audit requests;
- Liaising with notaries, banks and other stakeholders, e.g. on AML / KYC requests;
- Assisting in collecting board members’ signatures, while being able to explain the content of the documents and their status;
- Providing overall administrative support during transaction processes on a case by case basis.
