As our Team Lead - Supply and Inventory Planning (m / f / d) , you will play a key role in keeping our supply chain efficient and our products readily available. Your tasks will include : Create reliable supplier forecasts by aligning sales inputs with supplier planning to ensure product availability Own and refine our purchase order tool and processes , ensuring optimal order sizes that align with supplier lead times, order quantities, and stock levels Implement actions to ensure high availability without building excessive inventory Manage inventory strategy through balancing SKU overstock and availability Work closely with the Sales, Buying and Operations teams to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency Your profile Degree in economics, computer science, business administration or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on supply chain management 3-5 years of relevant experience , e.g., in demand or supply planning preferably combined with a background in a top-tier consulting company Ideally you have gathered experiences in leading a team of specialists and helping your employees grow to the best of their abilities Based in Berlin or are willing to relocate for your new position Strong communication skills in English Strong analytical skills with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving Very comfortable with modeling & working with large datasets What you can expect from us Our diverse team is ready to be enriched and inspired by your ideas : help building the future of food retailing in our fast-growing start-up !
