We are looking for an experienced Executive Leader to head our SCM Design, Operate & Service L2 organization, overseeing Product Management and Engineering for SAP APM, SAP FSM, and SAP IPD. You will lead a team of over 400 professionals, driving the strategic direction.
What you'll do
As the leader of SCM Design, Operate & Service, your responsibilities include :
- Provide strategic leadership to Product and Engineering teams, offering guidance and mentorship.
- Own the SCM Design & Operate portfolio, transforming customer problems into product solutions.
- Engage with customers, partners, analysts, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Focus on customer adoption and satisfaction at every stage, monitoring product performance metrics.
- Take ownership of the product roadmap by prioritizing features based on feedback and objectives.
- Lead a highly efficient global engineering organization, driving innovation and delivery excellence.
- Establish a leadership model to continuously improve development and support processes.
- Ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and the SAP executive board.
- Possess exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to handle conflicting demands.
A thorough understanding of Supply Chain processes and strong problem-solving skills are required.
