Customer Service Representative / Kundenbetreuer (M / W / D)

Als Client Service Partner sind Sie der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden aus aller Welt. Die Aufgabe unseres neuen Teammitglieds wird es sein, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem festen Kundenstamm deren Portfolio von Domainnamen zu betreuen und diese Kundenbeziehungen zu Pflegen und zu Stärken. Aber vor allem werden Sie Teil eines globalen Unternehmens, das unsere Kunden und Kollegen weltweit unterstützt.

Das bringen Sie mit :

• Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbilding, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
• Ausgeprägte positive Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Muss fließend Englisch und Deutsch sprechen. Jede weitere Sprache wäre von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Teamkompetenz
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem Word und Excel
• Affinität für selbständiges Arbeiten, sowie für Teamarbeit
• Detailorientierung und Problemlösekompetenz
• Koordination und Management Ihres Aufgabenbereiches
