Your drive and ability to raise the bar will fortify our team's partnerships with cross-functional teams such as Total Rewards & Analytics, Talent Development, Procurement, MBS, Interview scheduling, and externally with Executive Search Firms, among others. In this capacity, you will extend the company's market awareness and network, forging enduring relationships with global industry leaders while embodying and promoting the organization's brand and culture. Who You Are : You possess a University degree in Business, HR, or a related fieldYou demonstrate over 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successful executive-level recruitment within a highly competitive, dynamic, and global environmentYou exhibit full-cycle expertise in recruiting diverse leaders and senior-level executivesYou command excellent knowledge of the leadership landscape, including assessments and development trendsYou possess an understanding of sophisticated and intricate compensation structuresYou demonstrate the ability to build and nurture robust, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholdersYou are fluent in English, with exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
