Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Services Partner to join our team. In this role, you will take on a key position, responsible for managing one of our largest customers and overseeing HR services delivery for Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about delivering best-in-class HR services – always aiming high, leveraging new technology and providing outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Management :

• Act as the primary point of contact for one of our major customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand the customer’s business needs and align HR services to support their strategic objectives.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
