We're Hiring : HR Payroll Specialist
Location : Germany | 🕒 Full-Time
Our client, an SMB ERP Vendor growing through acquisitions and organic growth, is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of their payroll operations across their holding company and subsidiaries. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of HR & Culture, business unit leaders, and external tax advisors to ensure payroll processes are executed accurately and on time, while also supporting HR reporting and compensation analysis.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll with external tax consultants
- Act as the main contact for payroll, tax, social security, and compensation matters
- Generate HR reports and analyze remuneration structures
- Advise on bonus plans, salary adjustments, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with employment law, tax, and social insurance regulations
- Support audits and help optimize payroll processes and systems
