Your area of responsibility :

You are responsible for the local and international accounts payable accounting
You check our suppliers’ invoices for accuracy and assign them to accounts
You are responsible to check and post our company credit cards and travel expenses
You monitor the open items on our creditor accounts and are responsible for the clarification of differences
You monitor the timely payment of the supplier invoices

Your qualifications :

You have successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

You have already gained professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts payable area

You are very comfortable with relevant accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel and ideally have already gained experience with SAP

You are characterized by a precise way of working and the ability to work in a team

Fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile

Working from home possible by arrangement
