Position : Senior Supervisor Payroll
Work model and location : On-site in Osnabrück, Germany
Employment type : Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, addressing complex operational or policy-related issues and collaborating with the Payroll Manager to develop effective solutions
- Lead initiatives aimed at process optimization, establishing standards for new processes
- Independently manage and ensure the timely execution of payroll activities
- Oversee the administrative aspects of personnel-related actions, such as contract modifications, new hires, and terminations
- Provide support to departments and employees on matters related to tax and social security law
- Handle various requests from government authorities
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis as needed
