IT service and requirements manager (m / f / d)

  • WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US :

In your role as IT Service and Requirements Manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for the provision, support and continuous optimization of IT-supported services. You will also act as a central mediator and translator of requirements between the specialist departments and IT or external service providers.

Your tasks include :

  • You record, analyze and prioritize the requirements of the specialist departments. As a mediator, you translate the technical requirements into concepts for internal and / or external service providers and ensure that everyone involved has a common understanding.
  • You advise the specialist departments on the optimal use of existing and / or new IT services to support their business processes.
  • You develop solutions and specifications and support our specialist departments in optimizing their business processes.
  • You ensure the smooth operation of IT services and monitor their quality and efficiency.
  • You coordinate the implementation of adjustments and / or projects in close cooperation with internal teams and external service providers and act as a communication interface. You ensure that all partners involved in the solution implement the requirements in a targeted manner and in the interests of DVV.
  • You report regularly to the specialist departments, IT management and stakeholders and thus contribute to transparency and efficient resource management.
  • WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :
  • Degree in (business) informatics, energy management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT service and requirements management
  • Sound knowledge of energy industry solutions, ideally with experience in S / 4 HANA and / or S / 4 Utilities or similar industry solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of IT architectures and IT landscapes for the energy supply industry
  • Experience in change and project management as well as in managing and collaborating with external IT service providers
  • Strong understanding of market processes and regulatory requirements in the energy supply sector
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to act as an interface between the specialist department and IT service providers
  • High service orientation and sense of responsibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in stressful situations
  • Initiative and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics
  • Good written and spoken German skills
