Your challenges?

The job profile and daily tasks will consit out of upcoming needs for the daily business as well as strategic topics, which will need a longer data analysis and implementation of new tools.

Improve VDF (Valeo digital factory)

Prepare yearly review with direct labour

Prepare daily & weekly meetings (direct labour efficiency / SCRAP management)

Improve cleanliness

Compare Valeo standard and working methods with current set up

Empower teams and support during workshops

Lets talk about you

You are graduated from a master degree

You already have experience in production

You have a fluent level of english

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
