The User Experience team at AutoScout24 ensures that we create the right products to deliver delight to customers by working closely with crossfunctional partners to establish best practices and processes develop an endtoend product rollout plan align crossfunctional stakeholders on strategy track and communicate business metrics and help scale product knowledge throughout the organisation.
What Youll Do
- Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product management engineering UX Research and UX Writing
- Cultivate a healthy design process for the team and be a key contributor to your organisations product strategy
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of AutoScout24 products
- Support growth and career progression and be an advocate for your team
- Facilitate strategic conversations and meetings to drive progress against goals
- Represent design in a variety of forums with product and engineering
