Responsibilities
We are looking for a Team Lead (all genders) to manage and support our teams in developing TeamViewer Frontline. Work closely together with other R&D leaders and contribute to department-wide initiatives. The position provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.
- Lead a full-stack agile team with focus on building solutions for Remote Assistance application and be accountable for delivering the roadmap
- Be responsible for the quality of the code team delivers as well as their overall effectiveness
- Utilize your strong technical background to inspire and guide the team, and ensure that their solutions can be used by other teams in an easy and flexible manner
- Provide guidance to the team to foster an agile mindset focusing on delivering software meeting the highest quality in terms of stability, performance, and security
- Enable open feedback and communication culture within the team
- Ensure the personal and professional development of the team members to help them reach their full potential
- Own a technical leadership role that can guide engineers in their daily tasks and build an abstraction layer for the management to communicate accordingly on a technical level
