• Lead&DevelopaGlobalTeam : Guide mentor and grow a team of 10 accountants multiple locations fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration in a hybrid / remote setting.
• OwnEnd-to-EndAccounting : Oversee day-to-day accounting month-end closing and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS&HGB .
• DriveCross-BorderAlignment : Standardize processes across 3countries ensuringconsistencywhilerespectinglocalrequirements.
• CollaboratewithKeyStakeholders : Partner with auditors tax advisors and internal teams (Treasury Tax Controlling) to align financial strategies and reporting.
• OptimizeSystems&Processes : Enhance efficiency through automation ERP improvements and best practicesmaking remote teamwork seamless.
• SolveComplexChallenges : Manage inter-company reconciliations VAT compliance and multi-GAAP reporting with a problem-solving mindset.
