Job Description

Are you ready to be the engine behind our company’s performance and ensure clarity and visibility across the entire organization? We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Revenue Operations Manager / Lead to join our team. In this role, you will not only build and optimize our funnel processes but also ensure that every team has access to the right data, processes, and definitions to drive results. You will be instrumental in creating transparency and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring everyone knows where to find the information they need to succeed. What awaits you with us

You will...

• Develop and implement funnel processes, definitions, and metrics that provide clarity and efficiency across the revenue team, ensuring consistent and transparent use of HubSpot and other tools.
• Ensure the availability of accurate, timely data to inform decision-making, bring visibility to key performance metrics, and identify what’s working and what isn’t.
• Lead the management and optimization of our sales, marketing, and customer success processes within HubSpot, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, documented, and accessible to all teams.
• Standardize and maintain clear processes, definitions, and guidelines, so that everyone across the organization has full visibility on workflows and knows exactly where to find information, supporting operational alignment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving transparency and visibility around key metrics and processes, ensuring that teams can easily access and understand the data they need to improve performance.
• Proactively monitor and refine processes to ensure scalability and operational excellence, providing training and documentation on best practices, and fostering a culture of clarity and transparency across all teams.
• Manage and monitor the territory / segmentation, and lead the optimization of compensation management and performance reporting, ensuring that all processes are clearly understood and easily accessible.
