Tasks What You’ll Be Doing Team Assistant Tasks Organize team events Order office supplies , including stationery, beverages, refreshments Assist in preparing the monthly accounting Undertaking ad-hoc administration tasks as required Office Management Prepare & assist in meetings with founders, investors & other external stakeholders Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office and kitchen, ensuring they are always presentable and well-stocked Acting as a first point of contact for the team Requirements What We’re Looking For Positive "can do attitude” to support the team with small and large tasks Previous experience in team assistance, office management, and / or project coordination Completed professional apprenticeship (for example, in tourism / hotels, secretarial duties) Attention to detail and client orientation Very strong organizational skills plus the ability to prioritize and multitask MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as the Google suite, Zoom, Slack , and other tools that make workflow more efficient You are fluent in German and English You are excited to be part of a mission-driven team working on global challenges Benefits Attractive compensation package depending on experience A front-row seat in the world of venture capital, gaining hands-on exposure to VC fund operations Exposure to exciting external clients (startups, investors, and industry experts) The chance to work closely with an experienced team and contribute to the firm’s success Closing Excited to shape the future of impact-driven venture capital?
