Your Job

The Supervisor Inside Sales will be responsible to lead and to coordinate the Inside Sales team in all aspects of Sales process.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Inside Sales team in different locations for different accounts in Germany with report to the Sales Director
  • Develop your team with all individual employees to make sure that your team is able to solve the day-to-day business
  • Manage the system integration with your team for Sales in Europe to the Molex landscape
  • Organize the communication with your team to all internal departments related to fulfill the customer requirements
  • Work closely with the leaders from program management, finance and risk management to identify gaps in communication and process
  • Participate in integration projects to bring in interest / relevant information from Sales
  • Manage portal access for different customers with your team

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 3+ years experience as Inside Sales or Customer Service
  • Experience working within a multicultural, fast-paced corporate environment
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Organizational skills to anticipate, plan prioritize and self-monitor workload
  • Hands-on team player with the ability to work independently
  • Customer orientation
  • Problem Solving capabilities, solution orientated
  • ERP knowledge
  • Fluent in German and English
