Head of Human Resources | Global Tech Business

We are supporting a global technology business as it transitions into a newly independent structure-backed by a leading private equity firm and operating across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

As part of this transformation, they are hiring a Head of Human Resources to lead the global people strategy and build scalable HR infrastructure during a period of major organisational change.

The Role

This newly created position will sit on the senior leadership team and shape the people and culture agenda across all regions. Key focuses include :

• Leading organisational transformation and cultural change
• Designing and executing a global HR operating model
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and employee bodies
• Establishing world-class talent, leadership, and performance frameworks

Desired Skills and Experience

What's Required

Extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, ideally in global tech or other fast-paced environments

Experience leading transformation (M&A, carve-out, or post-merger integration)

Strong understanding of Works Council collaboration (German market experience preferred)

Gravitas, cultural fluency, and ability to operate at C-suite level

Fluency in German and English
