YOUR ROLE As a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our technological strategy. You will lead a team of talented developers, ensuring the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions that support our business goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, defining the technical vision and strategy. Project Management : Oversee and coordinate technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Architecture & Design : Develop robust software architectures and make strategic technology decisions. Code Quality : Maintain high coding standards through regular reviews and best practices. Mentoring & Coaching : Support the professional growth of your team through mentoring and coaching. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with other departments to develop technical solutions aligned with business needs. Requirements WHAT YOU BRING Experience : Several years of experience in software development and leadership roles. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of modern technologies and frameworks across both frontend and backend. Leadership Skills : Proven experience in leading and developing teams. Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with agile frameworks like SCRUM and their effective implementation. Communication Skills : Fluent in English and German, capable of conveying complex technical and strategic concepts clearly.
