Tasks The Three Biggest Challenges in the First Year : Build the Core Platform : Lead the hands-on development of a scalable, robust platform, ensuring smooth integration with existing web and no-code systems Create an Offline-First Application : Collaborate with the Product lead and founders to build a mobile app that is user-friendly, technically sound, and functional in low-connectivity areas for our craftsmen Optimize Processes with AI Agents : Leverage AI-driven solutions (e.g. GenAI) to streamline complex and unpredictable operational processes, including handling emergency cases and qualifying buildings based on construction plans. Even though you are our Tech Lead, this is an Individual Contributor Role!
