We are looking for a dedicated Navigation Expert with a strong focus on software architecture and development for our team which builds the next generation of Porsches invehicle infotainment system from the ground up providing our customers an elevated driver experience.

You will be part of a crossfunctional product team and will be based in Ludwigsburg Germany. In your role you will contribute to the product success by developing stateoftheart Androidbased automotive products. Furthermore you will be involved in all aspects of the product development process for new Porsche infotainment services and driving experiences including initiating new product ideas creating and evaluating concepts building technical proof of concepts and delivering products to our customers.

The NavigationProduct Team is part of our Portfolio Vehicle. Within this Portfolio we work in crossfunctional product teams across the globe to develop premium customized Porsche services which are integrated seamlessly into the existing digital life of our customers. Global collaboration and synergies based on lean and datadriven processes are key to our success.

WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

As an Infotainment Software Engineer youll be a vital part of our agile team shaping the future of Porsches luxury infotainment experience. Your responsibilities will include :

• Design and implement software architectures for modern navigation solutions within our infotainment systems in accordance with applicable standards and norms.
• Ensure consistency performance and reuse across E / E architectures and markets.
• Align architecture and implementation with development teams tech partners SDK providers and vehicle integration.
• Ensure a seamless navigation experience across displays operating systems (Android Automotive and Real Time OS) and other customer touch points like companion app.
• Champion and provide technical guidance for advanced topics like 3D rendering driver assistance and integration of other locationbased services.
• Analyze user requirements and technical specifications to ensure a userfriendly luxury navigation experience.
• Conduct code reviews testing and validation of navigation software.
• Provide technical advice and support for the integration of the navigation solution into vehicle architecture.
• Guide and define technical strategies for the team including architectural decisions testing approaches and tooling.
• Coach and mentor fellow software developers fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Collaborate closely with product owners designers architects and other stakeholders.
