As aTechnical Writer, you will be part and work in a global,cross-functional team, to support the development of our latestinnovations in the field of Life Science and Applied Solutions. Youwill coordinate and create product-specific online help incollaboration with various internal departments and externalpartners.

The goal is to provide our customerswith comprehensive and high-quality online help to ensure theirsatisfaction and to support the success of theirresearch.

Your main task is to help our customersto understand the overall functionality of our systems, so thatthey can use them in full extend, efficiently andsafely.

This position reportsto the Senior Manager Global Product Compliance and Technical UserDocumentation and is part of the Technical User Documentationlocated in Mannheim and Wetzlar. The role is an on-site rolelocated in Mannheim orWetzlar.

In thisrole, you will have the opportunityto :

• Create the online help.Preparation of data (text / graphics) and implementation in theonline help. Testing of the created online help on demodevices / prototypes to verify quality and usability. Provision ofthe final localized online help in the requiredformat.
• Cross-site research and informationgathering in the departments to compile product-specificinformation for documentation purposes in the onlinehelp.
• Coordination of timing and content withthe stakeholders and departments involved in the developmentprocess
