In this role you will plan and support the Mechanical Commissioning activities for Industrial Steam Turbine projects. You will coordinate all necessary activities with the responsible internal & external partners to resolve the commissioning problems & warranty claims. You will handle the site PCM and provide back-office technical support to internal and external mechanical commissioning engineers. In this role you will handle the resource planning & coordination of staff in collaboration with Project Manager.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Ensure high standards during site erection & commissioning phase and improve customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Ensure qualified and in time staffing of the site staff, providing them with technical back-office support
- Contribute to the economic success of the project by providing in time support and resolving site technical issues during warranty phase
- Work closely with the General Project Manager in actively defending claim and assist him in resolution of customer issues
