• Requirements Management & Solution Design : You gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders, conduct gap analyses, and develop suitable solutions.
• Project Management & Resource Planning : You plan projects and resources, monitor progress, and proactively implement risk mitigation measures.
• Ensuring Security & Compliance : You review all deliverables to ensure they meet security and compliance standards.
• Coaching & Mentoring : You support team managers and team leads in their tasks and actively contribute to team development.
• Customer Management & Stakeholder Communication : You take ownership of customer management for business-critical projects and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimization & Automation : You develop ideas to improve project execution, identify automation opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Technical Support in the Sales Process : You assist the sales team with your technical expertise during the sales process.
• Coordination Between Global Teams : You act as the key point of contact between customers, internal technical teams in India and Munich, and external service providers.
