Tasks

Advisor : Spot gaps in our technical hiring strategies and come up with creative solutions.

• Tool Pro : Optimize tools like FlairHR and Join to streamline recruitment processes and train the team to use them effectively.
• Connector : Build strong relationships between stakeholders and recruitment teams fostering collaboration.
• Expert : Navigate complex employment law issues and mitigate risks with confidence.
• Culture Champion : Make sure our company culture shines through in every stage of the hiring process.
• Interview Guru : Train teams on advanced interview techniques and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Talent Finder : Build talent pipelines using creative sourcing methods and stay ahead of hiring needs.
• Goal Setter : Define and track team KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
