Position Title : Team Lead Stress Engineer ✈️

Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced Stress Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in primary structures to lead a team in Dresden. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the structural integrity and compliance of aircraft conversion programs, particularly focusing on the A320 / A321 and A330 P2F (Passenger to Freighter) conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Management :
- Work closely with a team of ~20 to ensure the successful and compliant conversion of aircrafts (P2F).
Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis :
Service Bulletins (SB) and Structural Repair Manual (SRM) :
Finite Element Method (FEM) :
CATIA :
Tool Development with Excel VBA :
Static Stress Analysis :
