Scope :
Our client is a world-renowned provider of 3D intraoral scanners and a comprehensive digital dentistry platform powered by proprietary, state-of-the-art technology. With over 47,000 units installed in 101 countries, they are at the forefront of revolutionizing dental workflows for clinics and labs alike. As a Customer Service Specialist , you’ll deliver exceptional technical and customer support, represent the company at dental events, and collaborate on creating and updating support materials. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency in English and German , and a willingness to travel.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical customer support via ticketing systems, email, live chat, and phone.
- Guide customers on using 3D scanners and software to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage customer interactions professionally and meet response time requirements.
- Offer on-site support by visiting dealers and clinics in the region.
- Represent the company at dental trade shows, providing expertise and assistance.
- Create and update troubleshooting guides for the Help Center.
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media in both English and German.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance customer service processes.
