Tasks

• Lead and manage a team of IT technicians
• Oversee team operations, tasks, and performance
• Provide IT support to customers — both remotely and on-site
• Act as the technical project lead for assigned clients
• Advise, plan, implement, and further develop IT infrastructure projects
• Handle system administration tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments

Your Profile:

• Completed IT training or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in IT administration or infrastructure
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications — especially client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to help
• Enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers
• Independent, flexible, and reliable working style
• High level of commitment, responsibility, and loyalty
• Quick comprehension and strong identification with your role

Languages:

• German: minimum C1 level
• English: minimum B2 level

Education:

• IT-related degree or equivalent qualification (preferred but not required)

Industry Experience:

• No specific industry experience required — a solid background in IT administration is essential
