As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Tasks Customer communication : Intensive engagement to understand the true needs and "pain points" of our customers. Developing a deep customer relationship through empathy and effective communication. Rapid problem analysis and solution finding : Demonstrating an exceptional ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and develop customised solutions in real time in an agile manner. Project management : Structured and flexible management of web and app development projects, taking into account changing requirements, timelines and budgets. Team leadership and coordination : Efficiently lead and inspire the development team to turn technical concepts into viable solutions. Quality assurance and innovation : Constantly striving for the highest quality and innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. Documentation and reporting : Accurate and timely documentation of project progress for internal and client reporting purposes. Requirements Degree in computer science, business informatics, project management or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in managing web and / or app development projects. Outstanding analytical skills and solution orientation. Proven ability for quick problem solving and agility under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of software development cycles.
