In this multifaceted and internationally oriented position, you will shape the strategic development of our IT program for the Digital Workplace in collaboration with our development and project teams, departments, foreign subsidiaries and other partners.

You will be a key driver of IT innovation and the primary point of contact for IT issues within Google Workspace, Atlassian products, Cisco telephony, Active Directory, Intune / SCCM.

You will evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives in collaboration with the business units and our international subsidiaries, and create an inspiring program roadmap.

Working with team leads and product owners, you will plan the necessary resources and take budget responsibility for the successful execution of projects.

Finally, your enthusiasm for your diverse topics will shine through as you consistently communicate concepts and project progress to departments, committees, and international offices, effectively motivating the entire team.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in :

• A successfully completed business degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification.

Relevant knowledge of collaboration and mobility solutions, setting up and operating IT infrastructures on-premises and cloud-hosted as well as in the area of ​​remote desktop services and client operating systems.

Proficiency and experience in agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Competences and experience in stakeholder management and strategic planning.

High communication skills in English in order to operate at an international level, as well as good knowledge of German.
