Stellenbeschreibung

Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage distributors / local agent in dedicated BA / (provide technical support, data and sales reports, keep you and distributors informed on new product launches)
  • Management skills to identify and keep up with sales trends and improve implemented sales strategies, create and implement targeted sales strategies and develop new business ideas
  • Support with troubleshooting problems e.g. with customer orders / accounts and provide knowledge about contractual topics, risk evaluation and export control
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the EagleBurgmann Sales Headquarter and Senior Sales Director in the local entities across the western hemisphere

Qualifications

  • University degree in sales & distribution, industrial engineering or similar
  • 5 years of experience working in an outdoor or indoor sales-related position – distributor experience will be of advantage

  • Profound basic technical and product knowledge and technical sealing know-how
  • Proficiency in machinery and processes and basic business administration knowledge – sales related MBA would be of advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction to establish an maintain a trustful relationship with key stakeholders
  • Leadership skills and a strong hand-on mentality as well as strategic, conceptual thinking and analytical ability
  • Extensive experience working in a cross-cultural environment combined with the willingness to travel internationally
