• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to scope potential sourcing projects, align on supplier portfolios and be the contact person for all procurement related topics
• Plan and execute sourcing events; participate in required procurement councils
• Negotiate, structure and manage contracts
• Issue purchase orders and control ongoing contractual relationships
• Support the adherence to business processes and policies, while continuously driving improvement
• Create global procurement processes and assist countries with sourcing events
• Keep current on category market intelligence and supply market trends with a focus on the IT sector (IT Service and SaaS)
• Drive global intercompany management by creating and aligning project specific service agreements for all locations
