As an integral part of our internal team, you'll directly contribute to managing and overseeing the internal accounting functions within the firm's structure. Senior Accountant - Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting within an in-house structure.
• Maintain and update comprehensive accounting records, ensuring precision and transparency.
• Process and book vendor invoices, managing the day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage relationships with vendor controlling departments, addressing and resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly VAT returns for EU offices, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy.
• Support the monthly financial closing process, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
