ServiceNow Solutions Engineering team is the core team in Amadeus for our production process and employee services.

Summary of the position :
You will support the team with UX skills to enhance the current solution deployed. Further analyze current usage and propose improvements, help the team with mockups and wireframes
Key Responsibilities
- Research and provide support to understand the user flows and context of usage
- Ideate and Prototype : Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Evaluate : Gather feedback with user tests
- Contribute to the bigger ITSM picture by identifying design problems and propose elegant solutions
- Follow-up : check quality of the development
