As our Retail Manager (m / f / d), you will develop the shop network, financial operations, and team management in accordance with our retail strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Store Managers (outlets, corners, and full price).

Your Main Tasks

• Achieving sales and profit targets for the area by increasing footfall and conversion rates
• Management of costs, payroll, productivity, and controllable profit and loss
• Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure inventory strategies, standards, and visual merchandising are accurate for each store
• Ensuring consistent delivery of the agreed service proposition across the area
• Planning and developing the performance of all direct reports to create an environment where everyone can maximize their potential
