Whether single or multi-user operation, temperature-controlled goods or value-added services - as a specialist in contract logistics, you offer our customers tailor-made solutions along the entire supply chain. From initial analysis to implementation, you will develop industry-specific and future-oriented logistics strategies.

Location : Europa-Allee 24, Emstek | Reference no. : G | Type of employment : permanent Your tasks :

Comprehensive support for our key accounts from order receipt to preparation for dispatch
Administrative processing of incoming goods and outgoing goods in the warehouse management system
Operational order management and monitoring of order progress
Preparation of shipping documents and driver dispatch
Interface function and constant communication with the warehouse scheduling department
Developing and driving forward process improvements
Maintenance and processing of statistics

Your profile :

Successfully completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or alternative commercial training

First professional experience preferably in contract logistics desirable

Initial experience in dealing with warehouse management systems is an advantage

Good knowledge of MS Office

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Flexibility and organizational skills

Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
