As an IT service technician for industrial trucks & safety systems (m / f / d) at Sander Fördertechnik GmbH, you will take on a varied role in which you will work between the office, field service, trainer function and troubleshooter. You will implement and maintain IT-supported security and access systems and provide technical support for our customers and vehicles. You will work independently, service-oriented and with a high degree of flexibility.

IT service technician for industrial trucks & safety systems (m / f / d)

YOUR TASKS :

Implementation and maintenance of IT-supported security and access systems

Development and implementation of individual special solutions for industrial trucks

Installation of safety systems such as person detection and rear area monitoring

Customer and vehicle support according to specific requirements

Preparation of quotations and order extensions

YOUR PROFILE :

Completed technical or IT-related training

Experience in the installation and maintenance of technical systems, ideally in the field of logistics

Knowledge of IT systems and software installation

High customer orientation and problem-solving skills

Independent, structured and flexible way of working

Good written and spoken German (C1)
