Your tasks

  • Installation of operating systems and applications
  • Provision of classic IMAC services : Install, Move, Add, Change
  • Installation and removal of new and used devices
  • Management of the warehouse and asset management
  • Warranty processing with manufacturers
  • Responsible for documentation
  • Printer management
  • Cabling / patching according to instructions

    • Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration, IT customer advisor, IT system electronics technician, IT system administrator, IT service technician or information electronics technician, alternatively comparable training or experience as a field service technician
  • Very good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and hardware, including peripheral devices
  • Experienced with Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Experience in dealing with ticket systems
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Class B driving license
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility, creativity and reliability
  • Quick comprehension and independence
