For our latest logistics centre in Estorf (Greater Hanover area) we are looking for several Flow Controllers (m / f / d) to monitor and assure proper logistics processes to start on 1 August 2024 .

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assurance of the balance of all warehouse processes in outgoing goods
  • Monitoring and management of all operational processes in outgoing goods, in consideration of staff and technical resources
  • Communication and analysis of deviations between plan and actual figures
  • Creation of shipping plans on the basis of the forecast
  • Generation of picking waves on the basis of defined criteria
  • Monitoring of performance in the core processes against plan on an hourly basis
  • Actively working in the customer portal
  • Evaluation of key performance indicators as input for planning processes (forecast, budget, etc.)
  • Continuous communication with all managers in the warehouse

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Successfully completed commercial or logistics vocational training
  • Experience in the logistics sector preferred
  • Working with goods management systems
  • Experience in a comparable position in warehouse logistics is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of warehouse processes
  • Good knowledge of German , knowledge of English an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the common Microsoft Office programs
  • Conscientious, organised, and proactive working method
  • Structural thinking
  • Strong communication skills and quick comprehension
