Your tasks :
- You will be responsible for employee management and personnel deployment planning in the Rail division for approx. 6 employees
- You will be responsible for the organization and control of operational processes
- You will support loading and unloading in the rail area
- You will be responsible for spot checks on loading, taking into account adequate load securing
- You will be responsible for continuous process optimization based on regularly reviewed productivity and quality indicators
- You will also be responsible for checking compliance with quality guidelines and targets as well as work instructions, including occupational safety requirements
- At the same time, you will be in close coordination and cooperation with the commercial Rail department
