Job Description Summary

Deutsch :

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Terminierung, Planung und Überwachung der Materialbeschaffung, Produktion und Lieferung am Standort. Es gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben, die Materialplanung für eine Produktlinie zu entwickeln und durchzuführen. Sie stellen zudem sicher, dass der gesamte Materialbedarf für die zugewiesenen Projekte innerhalb des vorgegebenen Zeitrahmens abgedeckt wird, und koordinieren den Materialfluss innerhalb der Fertigungsanlage. Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie den Transfer von Materialien zum und vom Lager und haben in der Verantwortung, die Freigabe von Materialien zu planen und tu kontrollieren. Die Überwachung des Materialbestands im Werk, im Lager und bei kritischen Lieferanten fällt in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich. Sie erstellen Prognosen und verwalten die Nachschubplanung für Teile und Materialien und stellen sicher, dass die vorgegebenen Servicelevels eingehalten werden.

You are responsible for scheduling, planning, and oversight of material procurement, production, and delivery in the plant. It is part of your duties to develop and execute material planning for a product line. You ensure that all material requirements for assigned programs are satisfied within the allocated time frame and you coordinate flow of materials within the manufacturing facility. In addition, you coordinate the transfer of materials to and from inventory or warehouse and you need to schedule and control the release of materials. The monitoring of material inventory in the plant, in the warehouse, and by critical suppliers falls under your responsibility. You generate forecasts and manage the replenishment planning for parts and materials; ensuring specified service levels are realized.

Nutzung von Berichten zur Überwachung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen
Unterstützt die Koordination und Kommunikation der täglichen Produktionsanforderungen, um die Kundennachfrage zu befriedigen und die Bestandsziele einzuhalten
Wöchentliche Überprüfung und Pflege von Lieferantenprognosen; Pflege von Summenwerten
Proaktive Kommunikation mit Handelspartnern
Überwachung von eingehendem und ausgehendem beschleunigtem Material durch Ermittlung von Problemen und Lösungen
Validierung der Pull-Loop-Größe auf der Grundlage von PFEP-Empfehlungen
Prüfung und Aktualisierung der PFEP-Abholpläne auf ihre Richtigkeit
Proaktives Ansprechen kritischer Lieferprobleme gegenüber der Geschäftsleitung
Kritische Lieferprobleme proaktiv an die Geschäftsleitung weiterleiten
Nutzung der Lieferanten-Scorecard und Fehlersuche bei schlecht arbeitenden Lieferanten; enge Zusammenarbeit zur Verbesserung der Lieferantenleistung
Nutzung der Lieferanten-Scorecard, um interne betriebliche Verbesserungen zu initiieren
Überwachen und Verwalten von Bestandszielen und -abweichungen
Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Sicherheitspraktiken
Alle anderen Aufgaben, wie zugewiesen.

Englisch :

Accountable for customer weekly and daily ship requirements and window times; communicate with production and shipping departments. Proactively react to changes.

Responsible for raw material to storage replenishment to ensure production coverage

Utilize reports to monitor adherence to schedules

Supports the coordination and communication of daily production build requirements to satisfy customer demand and maintain inventory targets

Review and maintain supplier forecasts on a weekly basis; maintain cums

Communicate proactively with trading partners

Monitor expedited inbound and outbound material by identifying problems and resolutions

Validate pull loop size based on PFEP recommendations

Audit and update the PFEP collection plans for accuracy

Proactively elevate critical supply issues to management

Proactively elevate critical delivery issues to management

Utilize the supplier scorecard and troubleshoot poor performing suppliers; work closely to improve supplier performance

Utilize the supplier scorecard to initiate internal operational improvements

Monitor and manage inventory targets and variances

Responsible to follow safe practices

All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch :

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich der Lagerwirtschaft und Logistik

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Materialbeschaffung und Produktion, vorzugsweise in der Automobilbranche

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Fähigkeit zum Aufbau und zur Pflege guter interner und externer Beziehungen, Verhandlungsgeschick

Gute Kenntnisse der Office-365-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Englisch :

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or training or further education in the area of warehousing and logistics

At least 5 years’ professional experience in a Material procurement and production role,

Strong communication skills, ability to form and maintain good internal and external relationships, negotiation skills

Good skills in Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

very good written and spoken German and English skills
