We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead TYPO3 web development projects in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead TYPO3 and other web development projects from proposal to successful golive.
• Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary teams comprising developers designers and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to time budget and quality standards for all projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients understanding their requirements translating them into actionable tasks for the development team and overseeing the entire process.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and alignment.
• Solve problems and manage conflicts under tight deadlines to ensure project success.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead in an agency or comparable setting.
• Indepth knowledge of web development particularly with TYPO3 and a solid technical understanding.
• Ability to empathize with clients understand their perspectives and identify the business value of online services.
• Strong stress management skills selfreliance and the ability to remain calm and solutionfocused in highpressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with developers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with traditional project structures and agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
• Analytical structured and goaloriented working style.
• Proficiency in German at C1 level or higher.
• Assertive decisive and capable of setting clear directions to drive projects efficiently.
• Precise and analytical with a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless technical execution.
